Momos and Yak Dung - A Trek to Mount Everest Base Camp (teaser)

As I begin to write this, it’s been nearly four months, 119 days to be exact, since we reached Everest Base Camp and began our descent back towards Lukla, then to Kathmandu, and onward to home. Typically four months after a trip, I can recall the most vivid memories and wander in my mind back to those days. For this trip, however, I can feel it - a feeling that I don’t expect to ever dissipate - not four months later, not four years later - I expect the memories of our Everest Base Camp trek to maintain a foothold in my mind for the rest of my life.

UnBelizable! A Journey to The Jungles of Belize

Flights booked, I went looking for housing options. One airbnb stood out - Mooonracer Farms Camping Casita, which advertised the lack of electricity, jungle surroundings, and wildlife encounters that guests could expect. I exchanged a few emails with the hosts and booked my jungle casita. I’d soon find out that this decision would make my trip far exceed every expectation.
